I grew up in Concord, NC, and moved to Charlotte in 2020 after graduating from UNC-Chapel Hill, where I earned a BA in Psychology with a Minor in Education. I am preparing to apply for master’s programs in clinical mental health counseling to pursue my goal of becoming a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC).

My work experience spans elementary to higher education, where I’ve learned the importance of effective communication and relationship-building. I’ve managed caseloads, facilitated onboarding processes, and worked hard to ensure everyone felt supported and understood. These roles have helped me to cultivate my empathy and interpersonal skills, which I aim to apply as the Intake Coordinator.

Outside of work, I am passionate about photography and have spent over a decade capturing portraits, families, couples, and more. I also enjoy reading psychological thrillers, memoirs, and books related to the social sciences. I also have credentials in UX/UI design, which I’ve used to improve user experiences and build meaningful connections.

When I’m not working, I enjoy traveling with my husband, whom I married in November 2022. We share our home with two miniature Australian Shepherds, Koda and Milo. My commitment to mental health advocacy has been a driving force in my career journey, and I am excited to help clients navigate their own paths toward healing and growth.
