Originally from Ohio, I have called Charlotte home for more than 30 years. I hold a B.S. in Marketing and HR Management, and my professional background spans corporate sales and training, elementary education support, and many years working with an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provider. Throughout my career, I’ve learned the value of truly listening and the impact kindness and empathy can have in helping people feel seen and supported—principles I bring to my role as Intake Coordinator every day.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two grown daughters. We love traveling light (carry-on only!), especially when it involves historical sites and unique dining experiences. I also enjoy portrait and landscape painting in watercolor and acrylic. In addition to prioritizing mental well-being, I stay active through regular strength training and group fitness classes.
